After confirming all details, we calculate the production cycle. If production is delayed, 1% of the total order amount will be deducted for a one-week delay, and 2% of the total order amount will be deducted for a two-week delay.

We always prepare a pre-production sample before mass production and perform a final inspection before shipment. We also accept third-party inspections.

How do you keep the fabric from fading?
We implement 4 steps to prevent fabric fading:
1. Direct customization of high color-fastness fabrics with factories (requires MOQ).
2. Hand wash test with detergent.
3. High-temperature soak test (at least overnight).
4. Verification through tests and official reports from professional institutions.

How can I track the progress of my sample or bulk order?
We update you at every stage of the production process. You can request video or photo updates at any time, covering: Fabric purchasing, Fabric arrival, Pattern design, Cutting, Sewing, Printing/Embroidery, Buttonhole opening, Button sewing, Finishing, Shipping confirmation, and delivery updates.

We take full responsibility if the mass production quality does not match the approved sample, if the fabric differs from the sample, or if the products fail to meet overall quality requirements. We also provide lifetime after-sales service to ensure your peace of mind.
